Youth program for students 5-6 years old. Focus on the basics of martial arts while incorporating game oriented training with an emphasis on increasing focus and self-control.
Youth program for students 7-12 years old. Build concentration, respect, discipline, and self-defense. This is a cornerstone as we introduce the more physical aspects of Tang Soo Do.
Program for students 13 & up. Traditional Tang Soo Do training, this program is a rigorous cardio workout that includes self-defense, flexibility, and personal fitness.
